Services of the six network companies will be provided on one application

Until the end of this year, it is planned to transfer to the electronic form the receipt of services from six resource-supplying organizations on a single application, said Deputy Mayor of Moscow on Urban Development Policy and Construction Marat Khusnullin.

“On the instructions of the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, we continue to work systematically to reduce administrative barriers, optimize the processes of obtaining services and reduce the time of their receipt. The key direction remains the demanded translation of public services in the construction sector into an electronic form. In the first seven months of this year, 94% of all applications for construction services were filed online, “said Marat Khusnullin.

Head ConstructionKompleks recalled that today in electronic form are provided 18 public services in construction, of which 16 – exclusively in electronic form.

“However, by the end of the year we are planning to transfer to the electronic form the receipt of one service connection for connection of engineering services for six resource-supplying organizations,” said Marat Khusnullin.

Now there is a complex online service, when one application can receive at once two documents – putting the object into operation and setting the object for cadastral registration.

According to the Deputy Mayor, the results of the reforms are also noted by the builders themselves.

“A recent poll conducted by the All-Russia Public Opinion Research Center showed that about 80% of construction industry specialists are aware of the reforms carried out in this area and positively assess them,” added Marat Khusnullin. +
