Anti-crisis measures in construction will be considered
Measures to support developers during the coronavirus epidemic and the general economic downturn, developed by the Urban Planning Committee of the Moscow Confederation of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in conjunction with the Moscow Investors Club, will be considered immediately after admission. This was reported to Stroygazet by Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.
“So far we have not received these offers, but if they come, we will certainly consider everything. I always advocate for feedback and I ask both regions, federal executive authorities and business to put forward their proposals on optimizing the construction complex”, he said.
As SG previously reported, a package of anti-crisis measures was developed with the participation of the country’s largest developers. Among the proposed measures: the authorities ’purchase of social and transport infrastructure from developers, the launch of phased disclosure of escrow accounts, the abolition of restrictions on attracting boiler loans, the purchase of some apartments from developers for social programs, compensation for connection costs to networks, tax breaks of all kinds taxes, etc.
