16 services of network companies will be translated into electronic form until the end of the year

The authorities of the capital continue to work to reduce administrative procedures in the construction sector. Soon, developers will be able to enter into contracts for connection to the networks of engineering and technical support through the official portal of the mayor and the government of the capital. According to the VTsIOM research, 70% of the capital companies are interested in translating these services into electronic form. In general, about 60% of Moscow developers appreciate the city’s work in reducing administrative barriers. This is the head of the Department of Urban Policy Sergei Levkin and the head of the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion Valery Fedorov told a press conference held within the framework of the Moscow Urban Forum.

Already this year, the procedures for connecting housing and other real estate to engineering networks will be greatly simplified. In the electronic form will translate 16 more services, which can be obtained through the official portal of the mayor and the government of the capital. These services are provided by OEC, MOEK, MOESK, Mosvodokanal, Mosgaz and Mosoblgaz. “We are talking about services for issuing technical conditions, concluding agreements on connection and issuing of acts on the implementation of technological connection to the networks of engineering and technical support,” said Sergei Lyovkin. In early June, VCIOM conducted a study specifically for the beginning of the Moscow Urban Forum, according to which developers are requested to receive services for connecting to engineering and technical support networks and electric networks by filling out a single application in electronic form. For the transition to this form of service expressed 70% of respondents.

Thus, by the end of the year, 34 state-owned construction services will be provided electronically. To date, the portal mos.ru, you can get all the major public services of the construction industry – from the design of the GPRS and to putting the facility into operation. The collection of information for the design of objects is greatly simplified. There is an information infrastructure that provides the opportunity to provide developers with data on previously conducted geological and topographic studies. More than half of the capital construction companies note the positive dynamics in the work, which was outlined thanks to the reforms. According to the VTsIOM research, there is a positive dynamics of the indicators in the capital in interacting with network organizations: the level of satisfaction is about 60% or higher. In the rating “Mosvodostok” is leading, 71% of respondents are satisfied with the work of the company.

Today, all the main public services in the construction sector are provided electronically, beginning with the design of the GPRS and ending with the commissioning of the facility. A total of 18 public services are now translated into electronic form. And this is not the limit. Until the end of the year 16 more services of network companies will be in electronic form.

– VCIOM conducted a study aimed at studying the attitude of developers to changes in the sphere of building regulation of the capital. The results of the analysis showed that today about 60% of Moscow developers see a positive effect from the transfer of services to the electronic form. More than half of the surveyed specialists in the construction industry note the positive effect of the reforms being implemented. We also see an increase in developers’ satisfaction with interaction with all network organizations in the capital.
