Coronavirus pandemic does not affect examination of construction projects in Moscow
The coronavirus pandemic did not affect the examination of construction projects in Moscow. According to Anna Yakovleva, head of Moscow State Examination, on Friday, June 5, work with project documentation throughout the entire period of high availability was carried out remotely. The format itself is recognized as effective.
“Since the end of March, we have reviewed over 2,400 sets of documentation and issued more than 1,700 conclusions”, Yakovleva said.
The Construction complex reminded that the conversion of public services in the field of construction into electronic form was launched in 2013. Also, free educational seminars are held for developers. Work on the translation of services into electronic form will continue.
– The work on optimizing the construction process and removing excessive administrative barriers in the capital has been ongoing for more than a year, and there are already successes. The next task is the full conversion of public services of resource-supplying organizations into electronic form,” said Stanislav Krymov, deputy head of the Office for Optimization and Control of Procedures in the Urban Planning Department of the capital’s urban planning policy department.
Now coordination of such a transfer with the specialized services of Mosvodostok is nearing completion.
