On August 10, at the Sports Palace “Luzhniki” a festival dedicated to the anniversary day of the All-Russian Day of the Builder-2016 was held. The experts of relevant departments and city committees told about advanced practices in construction sector.
One of the main recent trends – rendering state services in electronic format.
Nowadays a developer can apply for a development plan of the land plot (GPZU), as well for an occupancy permit in the comfort of his home or office. Such services are in great demand among developers. The number of those who submit requests in electronic format now reaches 80%.
“For that to happen, 300 thousand documents that were accumulated in hard copy in the Mosgorgeotrest archives are now being digitized,” noted the Head of department. “This will be the cadaster of the city underground space. There are three or four similar systems in the world,” added he.
Levkin also said that digitization of documents is already completed in five districts of the city. The whole project is planned to be done before the end of 2016.
“In five years the number of developers involved in shared construction projects has increased by 3.5 times,” the figure was voiced by Head of Board on control and supervision for shared construction, Moskomstroyinvest Oleg Bezus. “There are 212 developers in Moscow, they are involved in construction of 454 buildings. 98 % of them have submitted quarterly reports for QII in an electronic format.
“In June we have created a special department for introduction of BIM technology. About 50 experts have been trained, today we form two more groups of 25 people,” noted Valery Leonov.
