The rating was formed on the basis of opinions voiced by entrepreneurs throughout Russia. About 500 thousand respondents took part in the survey. It is noted that the rating reflected such indicators as the convenience of doing business, available infrastructure, costs for obtaining public services.

As the director general of ASI draws attention, the Russian capital is building its social policy around a person.

Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov noted that the presence of a favorable investment climate in the city can be confirmed by statistics. So, at the end of last year, the volume of investments in fixed assets in the capital amounted to 2.9 trillion rubles, which is 8.9 percent more than in 2018.

“In the first quarter of this year, the volume of investments in fixed assets in Moscow grew by 14.9 percent compared to the same period last year and amounted to 452.4 billion rubles. Today, the capital accounts for 15 percent of the all-Russian volume of investments in fixed assets and about half of the direct foreign investments of the Russian Federation, ”Efimov said.

Earlier it was said that Moscow took 20th place in the top 100 developing startup ecosystems. This rating covers 270 ecosystems from more than 100 countries around the world.
