Moscow developers will be available one more online service by the end of the year
In December this year, Moscow developers will be given the opportunity to conclude additional agreements to connection agreements in an online format, Sergei Levkin, head of the Moscow Department of Urban Development Policy, said during an online briefing of Russia Today MIA on the topic “Key reforms in the construction sector: what the developers need it ”.
According to him, Moscow transferred the first procedures in the construction sector to online format back in 2013. At the moment, 22 government services are available in electronic form (18 of them have completely gone from the “paper” format of interaction with developers) and 19 services of resource supplying organizations.
“In particular, since September this year, the services of the State Unitary Enterprise“ Mosvodostok ”are also provided in electronic form for connecting to the storm sewer,” the official said.
He said that since the end of 2018, more than 14.5 thousand applications have been submitted on the website of the capital’s mayor’s office for the services of resource-supplying organizations to connect to engineering networks. Thanks to the online format, during the period of restrictive measures in Moscow due to COVID-19, it was possible not to stop the connection to engineering networks of critical facilities, including medical facilities, metro facilities and other transport infrastructure.
“We are currently working on expanding the construction and investment functionality of the service delivery system: providing online support for construction projects, creating an interactive map of capital construction facilities, creating a digital platform for interaction of all construction participants,” Levkin added.
