Since June 1, 2016 developers have an option of obtaining documentation in electronic format, thereby reducing processing term and issuance of urban planning and permitting documentation. So, GPZU (development plan of a land plot) for commercial real estate is now issued in 20 days instead of 30, construction and occupancy for capital construction projects shall be issued within 5 working days,” explained the Minister of the Construction complex of the Moscow region, Sergey Pakhomov.

Regional Ministry of construction secures each investment project at all stages of construction. It has developed a step by step algorithm for preparation of documentation for construction of commercial real estate in format of a training video. This video focuses primarily on the needs of small and medium business. It is primarily designed for entrepreneurs who are carrying out their first business projects and do not know where to start.

1 877 applications for construction and occupancy permits and 643 applications for obtaining GPZU have been filed since June 1, 2016 electronically through the portal of state and municipal services of the Moscow region.
