More than 100 educational workshops for developers have been held in the construction complex since the beginning of the year
Since the beginning of the year, the construction complex has conducted more than 100 educational seminars for developers. This was reported by the Head of Urban Planning Policy department, Sergey Levkin.
“During the current year, 107 educational seminars have been held in the construction complex of Moscow, and by the end of the year there will be 5 more seminars on the provision of state services in electronic form,” said Sergey Levkin.
According to Levkin, since 2012, on the instructions of the Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, work is underway to reduce procedures and reduce administrative barriers in construction. During this time, all public services in terms of construction are translated into electronic form.
Each meeting is dedicated to specific services provided by authorized state bodies: Mosgosstroynadzor, Moskomexpertiza, Moskomarkhitektura and others.
In the course of the meetings, the topics relating to the preparation of a urban development plan for a land plot were considered; correct execution of documentation for the conduct, provision of various works, services and services in the field of construction; permits, construction and commissioning of projects in the light of the latest changes in urban planning policies.
