More than 2.2 million square meters of real estate was introduced in Moscow from the beginning of the year, said the head of the Moscow Department of Urban Policy Sergei Levkin.
“In total, in the first half of the year, 2.23 million square meters of real estate were put into operation in the capital. At the same time, the volume built at the expense of investors’ funds amounted to 1.68 million square meters, “the head of the department said.
The figures for the introduction of real estate for six months are 12% higher than the figures for the same period last year, said Sergei Lyovkin.
In 2018, it is planned to put into operation 8.5 million square meters of real estate in Moscow.
