More than 250 changes are included into PZZ from the moment of its adoption

City commission has considered 387 applications of investors about the changes into Land use and development rules (PZZ) told the chairman of Moskomarkhitektura Ulianna Knyazevskaya

«During 5 months after the issuance of Land use and development rules city commission in urban development got 387 applications about the changes. 341 of them have been considered», – she told.

According to her 258 applications have positive result and materials were sent to public trial, 83 applications hade refusals.

Knyazevskaya also explained that for changes into PZZ it is required to apply to city commission in urban construction in Moscow Government

She reminded that today the administrative regulations for changes into PZZ, where the procedure of changes will be explained, are developed. «The Order of Moscow Government on this regulations is planned till the end of the year», – told Knyazevskaya
