Over 3 000 applications for technological connection were received by JSC “united energy company” in electronic format
Over 3 000 application for technological connection were received by JSC “United Energy Company” since the beginning of 2017, – informs the press office of the company.
According to the announcement, as results of three quarters JSC “UEC” received 11 629 applications (last year – 8 680). 8 495 applications were submitted through Customer Service Centers, 1 961 were submitted through the Internet portal of technological connections of JSC “UEC” and 1 173 application were received through the official website of the Moscow Mayor. During the reporting period the amount of online applications is 27%.
In the third quarter of 2017 JSC “UEC” received 4 410 applications, it is an improvement over same period of the previous year (3 649 applications).
As the company informs, “UEC” is implementing policy dedicated to increase of client-oriented approach, simplification of procedure of technical connection to electric networks, development of interactive services and electronic workflow. The company’s clients can send an electronic application for technological connection to company’s networks up to 150 kW through the official website of the Moscow Mayor. There is also an opportunity to send an application for capacity increase, temporary connection and reissuance of documents for technological connection. Moreover, JSC “UEC” regularly modernizes the informational portal for technological connection expanding customers’ opportunities and reducing time for submission of application. An option of online payment for technological connection through your personal account makes it more convenient. Computers with access to the web-portal of technological connections and to the official website of the Moscow Mayor were installed in customer service centers of JSC “UEC” in order to simplify submission of applications. Applicants can fill out and send applications themselves and refer to information on technological connection.
