60% of administrative procedures in construction relate to connection objects to engineering networks
About 60% of administrative procedures in construction belong to technological connection to the engineering networks, said the Head of the Moscow Department of urban planning policy, Sergey Levkin.
“The first steps toward IT-based management of services of grid companies were made this year. Since February 1, we launched submission of e-applications for conclusion of contracts for connection to the power supply networks of the United Energy Company. Since March 1, we ensured receipt of technical conditions and conclusion of contracts for connection to water supply and sewage networks of Mosvodokanal,” said Sergey Levkin.
He noted that the work on integration of the grid organizations in the system of interagency electronic interaction will be continued.
“Optimization and regulation of services provided by grid companies remains an important issue for construction sector,” said Sergey Levkin.
It has to be recalled that this procedure became available due to creation of the Consolidated Plan of underground utilities and structures in Moscow and the transfer of provision of technical conditions of “Mosvodokanal” to electronic format through the portal of state and municipal services (functions) in Moscow.
