A center for assessing the qualifications of builders will be created in Moscow
The qualification assessment center is being created on the basis of the production site of one of the plants of the First DSK, said Sergey Levkin, head of the Moscow City Planning Policy Department.
“Professional assessment here will be carried out by workers and engineering personnel in the most popular construction specialties”, – said Sergey Levkin.
A workshop on this issue was held by representatives of the Moscow Construction Complex together with the National Association of Builders (NOSTROY). Participants discussed the plan for the preparation of evaluation tools, documents regulating the work of the Center for Qualification Assessment (TSOK) in the system of independent qualification assessment, the organization of a video control system for the reliability of examination results and the possibility of disseminating the practice of assessing the qualifications of workers in the construction complex of Moscow.
“The Department of Urban Planning Policy is interested in developing a system for assessing the qualifications of workers and supports the introduction of a mandatory independent assessment of the qualifications of builders”, – said Sergey Levkin.
The premises of the TSOKa are equipped with convenient multifunctional workplaces, which can be transformed for a practical exam in a wide group of working specialties. Water, electricity, compressed air are supplied to each workplace.
Locker rooms for participants are equipped. Furnished classes for theoretical exams. In turn – installation of computer equipment, video surveillance system and equipment for conducting practical exams.
As basic, 24 working specialties of the 3rd, 4th and 5th levels of qualification were chosen. Among them are installers of various engineering systems and building structures, concrete workers, roofers, plasterers, cladders, painters.
