About 16 thousand appeals pleased by the contact center of Construction Complex from the beginning of the year

From the beginning of the year, out of 16 thousand requests received by the Single Contact Center of the Building Complex, more than 2.5 thousand consultations concerned the provision of public services in the construction industry. Consultation is sought both by developers and citizens. This was announced by the head of the Department of urban planning policy of Moscow, Sergei Levkin.

According to Levkin, in the framework of issues related to the peculiarities of the provision of public services in the construction industry, more than 75% is associated with the construction of IZhS objects. “Also, applicants are interested in the procedure for obtaining a construction permit, permits for commissioning and drawing up town-planning land plots (GPZU),” the department head added.

He stressed that in the Single Contact Center, feedback with developers is being worked out, information on the usefulness of various consultations is being collected. “We clearly monitor the effectiveness of our work, the number of issues resolved on appeals from developers,” added Sergei Levkin.

Recall, the city authorities are conducting large-scale and systematic work to reduce administrative barriers in the construction industry. The unified contact center of the construction complex earned in March 2017. Specialists of the center advise on a wide range of urban issues for both individuals and legal entities.
