Administrative procedures will simplify for the national project “Housing and urban environment”
The passport of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment” is developed by experts from relevant departments in accordance with the instructions of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. The main targets set for developers are to reduce the administrative burden on developers and increase housing construction to 120 million square meters per year by 2024.
“One of the main innovations proposed in the project is to provide housing developers with the opportunity to go through administrative procedures in a simplified manner, on the principle of one window, through the already existing Unified Information System for Housing Construction (UISH). The operator of this system is “Dom.rf”. From January 1, 2018, it is used by developers who are raising funds from real estate investors. They place in it permits for their homes and all other information that they are legally obligated to disclose, ”reports Vedomosti. +
Representatives of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and the operator EIZZHS “Dom.rf” worked together on the concept of automation of procedures. If it can be fully implemented, it will significantly reduce the costs for developers to prepare documents by standardizing the requirements for the provision of state and municipal services in housing construction and switching to electronic document management.
