Almost 200 Moscow developers submit quarterly reports via Internet
196 out of 207 Moscow developers which carry out projects with the involvement of co-investors funds have submitted their reports on the results of the QII of 2016 via the Internet. These figures were voiced by the chairman of Moskomstroyinvest Konstantin Timofeev (Moscow Committee for Realization of Construction Investment Projects and Co-Investment Agreements).
“11 companies haven’t submitted their reports. We are carrying out inspections. If the situation does not change, these companies can be suspended of operations and banned on raising citizen’s funds for construction of apartment buildings,” said Konstantin Timofeev.
Developers which attract funds of citizens are obliged to submit quarterly reports to the supervisory authority (in Moscow – Moskomstroyinvest). Information has to be submitted to the authorized body not later than 30 days after the end of the reporting quarter.
Since March 1, 2016 developers must provide their reportston Moskomstroyinvest in e-format via the portal of state services. Specialists of Moskomstroyinvest have conducted a series of workshops in which they trained developers how to provide correct electronic reports.
“Today almost all the developers have appreciated the advantages of this form of reports delivery, because it saves time and energy of both the developers and supervisory authorities. This is evidenced by statistics: in the end of 2015, 80% of developers submitted reports in electronic format, while in the second quarter of this year we have received 98% of the reports in electronic format,” said the Chairman of Moskomstroyinvest.
