Almost 5.7 thousand applications for state services submitted online YTD
5671 applications for state services were submitted via the Internet year-to-date, said Sergey Levkin, Head of the Moscow department of urban planning policy.
“It amounts to more than 80% of the total volume of applications,” added Levkin.
1567 applications concerned state examination of design documentation and engineering surveys (including capital repairs), 960 applications were submitted for issuance of construction permits.
Segrey Levkin reminded that in order to reduce the administrative burden on developers three more state services will be converted to electronic format before the end of the year.
In August of 2016 two services will be transferred to electronic format: approval of PSTS (project specific technical specifications) and validation of estimated value of capital construction projects.
In November, 2016, the service of issuance of certificate on compliance of documentation to the Consolidated Plan of underground utilities and structures will be provided online; the data from the Consolidated Plan will be available in December.
It is to be recalled that applications for state services in the construction industry can be submitted from around the world at any time through a personal account of developer on the Moscow state services portal. This is a time saver for developers.
The applicant does not need to collect a huge amount of documents: all of them are at the disposal of government agencies and are transmitted via the base information register. There, on the portal ofstate services, an applicant can track the progress of consideration of his appeal.
As previously stated Deputy Mayor for urban policy and construction Marat Khusnullin, conversion of state services to electronic format is one more step to meet the investors.
“We are working systematically at reducing administrative barriers in construction industry. Today Moscow has 14 types of public services in the field of investment and construction activities, and 12 of them we provide e-format. These arrangements gears up capital flow in the construction industry, and of course it makes the procedure of obtaining public services open and transparent,” said Marat Khusnullin.
