Almost 7.2 thousand construction and occupancy permits issued online in Moscow
7194 construction and occupancy permits (including extentions) were issued online in Moscow since 2013, when the service started to be available in electronic format, reported the representative of Mosgosstroynadzor (Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee).
Since November 1, 2014 developers can obtain state services related to capital construction projects regardless of funding source in electronic format only.
The service desk of Mosgostroynadzor is based on “one stop shop” principle; it is equipped with workstations, where specialists provide assistance in submitting necessary documents.
As it was stated by the Mayor of Moscow, Sergey Sobyanin, the number of users who prefer electronic services is constantly growing.
Transfer of state services to electronic format prevents corruption in construction industry, helps to lower administrative barriers and save time and money. Nowadays developers obtain construction and occupancy permits via the Internet. In addition, certificates on the conformity of a constructed object with the technical regulations and project documentation are issued online (ZOS).
Terms for consideration of applications submitted via the city portal of state and municipal services does not exceed 10 days for getting permits and 5 days for getting ZOS.
In addition to it, Mosgosstroynadzor has launched e-service “Notifications on commencement and completion of construction and installation works”. At the moment developers have already submitted 987 notifications on commencement of works and 970 notifications on completion of works via the portal of state services. Since July 1, 2015, these notifications can be submitted only via the Internet.
