Almost 80% applications for state services in construction submitted online YTD
76% applications for state services related to construction sector of Moscow were submitted year-to-date, said the Head of Urban Planning Policy Department Sergey Levkin at the Moscow Urban Forum.
According to him, there is a sustained growth of delivering state services related to construction in electronic format in Moscow.
“Developers were slowly getting used to obtaining state services via the Internet. In 2013 there were 13-17% of electronic applications, then in 2016 we have already got 76%,” said Segrey Levkin.
It is to be recalled that applications for state services in the construction industry can be submitted from around the world at any time through a personal account of developer on the Moscow state services portal. An applicant can track the progress of consideration of his appeal on the portal of state services.
The Construction Complex of Moscow gives a course of free workshops for developers and investors on the provision of electronic state services in construction sector. The schedule can be found on stroi.mos.ru.
As was previously stated by the Head of Construction Complex Marat Khusnullin, a few more services will be transferred to e-format before the end of the year. This list includes services of preparing and issuing of GPZU (development plans of land plots), AGR (architectural and urban planning design) and passports of color appearance.
