Annual real estate commissioning plan completed in Moscow
More than 8.6 million square meters. meters of real estate built in the capital for 11 months of this year, said Andrei Bochkarev, deputy mayor of Moscow for urban planning and construction.
“This is even slightly larger than the established plan. Moscow managed to maintain a high rate of real estate construction, despite the pandemic and related restrictive measures. The commissioning of residential real estate remains at a high level: almost 3.9 million “squares” of housing have already been commissioned”, – said Andrei Bochkarev.
The head of the Construction Complex emphasized that a significant part of real estate in Moscow is being built at the expense of investors. This suggests a well-established system of interaction between the city and business.
“Investors are actively participating in the development of urban infrastructure, which contributes to the emergence of jobs. In addition to housing and social facilities, since the beginning of the year 14 administrative and business buildings, 10 hotels, three production and 12 communal and warehouse facilities have been introduced”, – the deputy mayor added.
Recall that in 2021-2023, at the expense of the Targeted Investment Program, it is planned to build about 750 real estate objects and 4.3 million square meters. housing.
