Around 6,5 thousand appeals to Unified contact center of Construction Complex has been processed starting from March, 2017. Most part was focused on renovation and demolition of 5-floor houses told Andrey Kurilov, the chief of Informational-analytical division of Urban planning policy department.
“Rest of questions came from developers and was dedicated to the passage of administrative procedures in construction. The state services in construction are being managed; the terms and the quantity of documents for the procedure are being reduced. Developers are applying for clarification of some specifications of these procedures passage. Today all our procedures are transferred into e-format”, – told Andrey Kurilov.
According to him 10 years ago it took 2-3 to get all documents and today the application is filled online and the is no need to visit authorities.
The “Knowledge base” is used for answering the questions of Muscovites and developers. It is an informational source that contains answers to typical questions. The base consists of 60 key sections that contain around 600 articles on key questions concerning urban planning policy. These are electronic services, state services in construction, questions about renovation, and questions on work of authorities. Using the “Knowledge base” the staff of contact center can answer almost any question.
We remind that Unified contact center was opened in March of 2017. It has advisory division that is anwering to appeals of citizens and developers on the work of Construction complex including renovation program.
