Authorities will help developers with construction of social facilities
Developers may have difficulties with the construction of social infrastructure as part of residential projects after amendments to the legislation on shared construction. However, Moscow authorities are ready to help solve these problems, said Marat Khusnullin, deputy mayor of Moscow for urban development policy and construction.
“Due to changes in the 214-ФЗ, some developers have difficulties with the construction of social infrastructure in their residential complexes. Now we are in the “manual mode” to solve problems with these companies”, said Marat Khusnullin.
The head of the construction complex emphasized that it was not planned to exclude the construction of schools, kindergartens and clinics as part of the new development.
“For many years we have been striving to apply an integrated approach to the development of territories. I can say for sure – we do not need residential quarters without the necessary social infrastructure. We will look for solutions in each case”, added Marat Khusnullin.
