Bim technologies will be applied for the construction of a rehabilitation center at Skolkovo
The concept of the architecture of the Klinea clinic, which is part of the Orpea Group international group of companies, will be a combination of international design standards and advanced construction technologies. This was announced at the Moscow Urban Forum by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Government of Moscow on urban planning and construction issues Marat Khusnullin.
“During the construction of the rehabilitation center, advanced technologies will be used, in particular, the technology that will reduce the risk of error, provide for most of the difficulties before building the building, and help in its operation, BIM (Building Informational Modeling) modeling,” said Marat Khusnullin.
The head of the construction complex noted that a hospital with 200 beds and an out-patient department with 50 beds will be located in the center. The clinic is expected to start work in 2022 and will receive about 3.5 thousand people per year.
In turn, Elena Kallay, project manager for the development of Orpea rehabilitation centers in Russia, stressed that new technologies are an important part of construction:
