Complex of health security measures elaborated for developers
Construction Complex of Moscow identified necessary health security measures obligatory for developers, Sergey Levkin, head of Moscow urban planning department, announced.
“This document contains a list of measures that will help to reduce risk of coronavirus contamination for workers at construction sites and provide their safety at work. After removal of quarantine restrictions and resumption of construction works <…> organizations will be able to continue works provided they comply with measures listed in the document”, – Sergey Levkin noted.
According to the head of department, the list of measures preventing COVID-19 spread includes creation of situation rooms for timely response to infection cases, transportation of workers to construction sites from places of residence by corporate vehicles, disinfection of vehicles, provision of food, remedies of personal hygiene and personal protection, centralized purchase of coronavirus tests.
“All these measures are intended to insure security of construction sites, including those in Moscow”, – Levkin added. The head of the department noted that preventive measures are elaborated based on Rospotrebnadzor, Ministry of labour recommendations and regional practice on preventing infection.
We recall that Moscow suspended all construction and repair works until May 1, excluding construction of medical and transport facilities and works of continuous cycle.
