Connection of the object to the networks will be transferred online till the end of 2018
One of the priorities to reduce administrative barriers in the industry today is to transfer the services of resource-supplying organizations to electronic form, said Sergey Levkin, head of the Moscow City Planning Policy Department.
In August of this year, the Government of Moscow and the six largest suppliers of water, electricity, gas and heat – JSC OEK, PJSC MOEK, PJSC MOESK, JSC Mosvodokanal, JSC MOSGAZ, JSC Mosoblgas – were concluded agreements on cooperation in the provision of services in electronic form for connecting capital construction objects to the networks of engineering and technical support on the basis of a single application.
“Currently we are working on the regulation of these services. In addition, experts are thinking about software stuffing, which will allow to technically realize their plans. We expect that by the end of 2018, developers will be able to submit a single application through the official portal of the Mayor and the Government of Moscow to connect to all types of resources. This will greatly simplify the procedure for connecting housing and other real estate to utilities, ”said Sergey Levkin.
