Construction complex call center extended the operating hours
A unified contact center of the Moscow construction complex extended the operating hours during high alert regime connected with prevention of corona virus spread, Sergey Levkin, head of Moscow urban planning department, said.
“Single contact center operators used to answer muscovites calls from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday – Thursday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, but starting today Single contact center will work from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.”, – Sergey Levkin announced.
He also said that within one month of the special hotline operation that started working on March 24, Single contact center submitted 315 applications on construction field work during high alrt regime.
“A quarter of all applications is related to organizational matters. For example, people ask about order of issuing passes to construction sites for workers or inclusion of construction companies in the list of continuously working organizations. A major part of applications – 24% is related to construction in Moscow during high alert regime”, – the head of department said.
Sergey Levkin also noted that about 20% of applications are related to housing renovation program during restrictive measures. Citizens are mostly concerned with the regime of Relocation information center and Renovation fund. He recalled that Information centers would reopen as soon as the city stops the high alert regime.
