Construction complex transfers consultations of developers online
The conversion of public services into electronic form is one of the key areas of work of the Moscow Construction Complex. To assess the reaction of the construction sector to reforms in the public services sector, meetings with developers are held on a regular basis in the form of practical seminars and seminars “work on mistakes,” said Sergey Lyovkin, head of the Moscow City Planning Policy Department.
“So in January-March 2020, in accordance with the approved schedule, about 30 seminars were held on the provision of public services in the construction sector in electronic form. The employees of the Moscow City Architecture Committee, Mosgosekertertiza, Moskomstroyinvest, Mosgosstroynadzor, OATI and the Unified Contact Center of the Moscow Construction Complex analyze the nuances and subtleties of obtaining public services in electronic form, ”said Sergey Levkin.
During the “work on mistakes” seminars, participants are explained the subtleties of legislation and the procedure for completing documentation, experts share their best practices.
“In the 1st quarter of this year, we held three such workshops in person. They discussed work with the Unified Housing Information System (UISHS), procedures for coordinating construction, issues of cadastral registration and registration of rights to the property. 208 participants were registered, and those who could not come, they watched the meeting in the recording on the YouTube channel, more than 360 views, ”said Levkin.
Currently, due to the epidemiological situation and the ban on holding events with the participation of more than 50 people, online events for developers are gaining popularity.
“For example, recently, the staff of the Unified Contact Center conducted a webinar related to individual housing construction, 30 users watched it,” said Sergey Levkin.
He added that this is the first event of the Stroykompleks, which takes place on the Internet on the topic “Notifications of the planned construction and compliance of the constructed IZHS object or garden house”. The plans for the near future to organize several more distance learning.
In conclusion, Sergey Lyovkin said that taking into account the current situation and a number of restrictions, formatting of seminar programs is currently underway until the end of 2020. The issue of conducting them remotely is also being worked out.
