Construction of power and water supply systems can be facilitated
Two exhaustive lists of administrative procedures in the construction of power networks, water supply and disposal systems are submitted to approval to the federal executive authorities, reports the press office of the Ministry of Construction.
According to the Head of the Moscow department of urban planning policy Sergey Levkin, these lists will allow to cancel excessive and duplicative procedures that will lead to lowering of administrative barriers and speeding up construction activities.
“It will also ensure effective interaction between the federal authorities and local government institutions,” added Sergey Levkin.
He also said that the first exhaustive list in the field of housing construction was adopted in 2014 (403-PP). It contains 141 procedures – 131 for federal level and 10 for regional level.
The Department noted that the administrative accountability for violation of procedures and issuance of documents, not mentioned in the exhaustive list, has been imposed in 2015.
A civil servant is fined at the rate of 3,000-5,000 rubles for first violation and 30,000-35,000 rubles for further violations. A great deal of violations may result in demission from office for a period of up to two years.
