The Government of the Russian Federation has developed a number of safety measures at construction sites that will be applied in the event of a second wave of coronavirus distribution, said Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of the Russian Federation Nikita Stasishin.

“We have developed a number of safety measures at construction sites that will be applied in the event of a second wave. Therefore, I can say if this happens, construction sites will not stop”, – he said.

The Deputy Minister recalled that during the first wave of the pandemic in Russia, restrictions were introduced on construction sites, and in Moscow and the Moscow region, construction projects were completely stopped, which somewhat slowed down the pace of housing commissioning in the country. The measures developed will avoid a repetition of this scenario.
