Construction time at the expense of the city budget reduced by an average of almost 100 days
The construction of facilities in Moscow financed from the city budget has been reduced by an average of almost 100 days due to the optimization of administrative procedures, said Andrei Bochkarev, deputy mayor of Moscow for urban planning and construction, on the eve of Builder’s Day.
“Since the beginning of the year, the specialists of the Moscow Construction Complex have done serious work on updating the regulatory and legal regulation, thanks to which it was possible to seriously reduce the construction time for a number of facilities within the framework of the Targeted Investment Program. Thus, due to the introduction of a notification procedure for earthworks, the construction period of AIP facilities has been reduced by 75 days. And thanks to the optimization of the procedure for approving the project documentation – for another 24 days”, – Andrei Bochkarev explained.
The deputy mayor also recalled that for work in the technical and security zones of the metro and transport infrastructure, the period for the implementation of coordination procedures was reduced to 11 working days.
The head of the Construction Complex recalled that the work on simplifying administrative procedures, reducing the timing of their passage and forming a comfortable business climate in the capital is one of the priority areas of the implementation of urban planning policy.
