Coronavirus pandemic does not affect examination of construction projects in moscow
Despite the restrictive measures caused by the spread of coronavirus infection, work on the examination of construction projects in the capital did not stop. This was stated by the head of Moscow State Expertise Anna Yakovleva following the results of an educational seminar for developers.
“Translating the state examination procedure into electronic form in 2013, we worked ahead of schedule, realizing that electronic services are the future. Thanks to this, at the moment we have no less work than before. Many private customers even didn’t cooperate with us before”, Anna Yakovleva said.
The head of the department noted that work with project documentation throughout the entire period of high availability was carried out remotely. “This format of work did not affect the timing of the examination, nor its volume. Since the end of March, we have reviewed over 2400 sets of documentation and issued more than 1700 conclusions”, Anna Yakovleva added.
Recall that educational seminars for developers in the format of “work on the bugs” are held annually with the participation of the Department of urban policy. The first of a series of seminars was first held in the online conference mode and was devoted to the subject “Expertise of project documentation”.
