Debureaucratization of construction will continue by amending dozens of industry laws
The Government of the Russian Federation continues to amend legislation, that aims to accelerate and simplify permitting procedures in construction. This was announced by the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The Chairman of the Cabinet noted that he has always supported and supports the optimization of coordination processes. A lot has already been done by the Government to reduce procedures related to the preparation of land and the preparation of construction – in order to improve the investment climate in the industry.
“We have already adopted a number of changes in laws that allow us to reduce construction time by a year. And now there are a number of changes”, – the Prime Minister said.
Mikhail Mishustin promised that the topic of optimizing permissive procedures within the framework of the current 473-ФЗ (on TOR) will also be taken into account, and this will be done by the relevant Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin. We are talking about about a dozen laws, “which in one way or another will be improved in terms of accelerating the processes of construction, accelerating the processes of seizures, etc., from specially protected areas to changing the types of permitted use of land”.
