Developer: Moscow is necessary to simplify the mechanisms of interruption
Considerable work has been done in the capital to improve the town-planning legislation, the effect of which is already visible today, said the Director for Legal Affairs of A101 Group, Anna Shlesina.
“Much has been done in terms of shortening procedures. The prospect of getting a single document in the near future, containing all the information he needs to make a decision on the implementation of an investment project on a land plot, is already seen, ”she said.
However, questions remain at the junction of urban planning legislation and the law on shared construction that need to be addressed. “At the moment, the emergence of a simplified mechanism for surveying land plots intended for development is urgently needed,” said Anna Shlesina.
According to the expert, this situation can be resolved through a series of changes to federal legislation.
