12.09.2016

Introduction of electronic reporting is not just a matter of following requirements of the law on participation in shared construction (214-FZ), but also a wish of developers, which attract citizen’s funds in the shared construction projects, said the Deputy Chairman of Moskomstroyinvest Alexander Goncharov.

He noted that the new service has many advantages. It is user-friendly for developers, who usually fail to submit documents to the Committee in time, before the close of the “one stop shop” on the last day of reports submission.

“Using the e-form developers can submit quarterly reports from anywhere 24-h/7-day without paying a visit to the Committee. Secondly, the automated system of document flow requires fewer specialists who had to processed quarterly reports manually before that. Today, the system can check documents for their regulatory compliance, package contents and promptness of submission,” said the Deputy Chairman of the Committee.

According to him, the progress is evidenced by statistics: in the end of 2015, 80% of developers submitted reports in electronic format, while in the second quarter of this year Moskomstroyinvest have received 99% of the reports in electronic format.

“This proves that the system is useful and convenient for construction companies,” stressed  Goncharov.

It is to be recalled that transfer of state services related to construction to electronic format is the main criterion in the way of reducing administrative barriers. Today 11 out of the 12 state services in the field of construction can be obtained online in Moscow. This saves not only time but also money of applicants, besides that it contributes to the fastest project implementation.
