Developers contact the contact center of the Construction complex on a wide spectrum of questions
Since the beginning of this year, the Unified Contact Center of the Building Complex of Moscow has processed more than 11.4 thousand complaints from different categories of applicants, said Sergey Levkin, head of the Moscow City Planning Policy Department.
“Citizens’ appeals come to the Unified Center by phone, through the stroi.mos.ru portal and the Developer’s Cabinet service, as well as by e-mail. The range of issues of interest is wide, starting with the design of the project and licensing documentation and the timing of construction of city facilities, and ending with background information on the work of a government agency, ”the head of the Department noted.
Sergey Levkin reminded that in order to prepare competent responses to appeals in the Single Contact Center, a special Knowledge Base is used, which is divided into 5 large blocks: renovation, administrative procedures in construction, electronic services, reference information about the executive bodies of Construction complex, general issues affecting urban planning
