According to the VCIOM poll, more than 50% of the construction industry experts noted the positive effect of the reforms.

The greatest benefit of the survey participants is seen in the translation of government services into an electronic form. Positively evaluated work in this direction over the past year, more than 80% of respondents. Compared to 2016, this indicator grew by 30%.

More than 76% of developers noted that due to the transition to electronic public services and simplification of procedures for issuing permits, it will be possible to shorten the construction period of the facilities.

About 80% of respondents expressed confidence that the reforms will lead to lower costs and construction costs.
