Construction companies highlights reduction of administrative barriers in Moscow, said CEO of the group of companies Pioneer Andrey Grudin at the annual board of the Construction Complex of Moscow.

“The city authorities provide maximum assistance to developers, reducing the number of administrative procedures and the timing required for various approvals,” – said Andrey Grudin, reports the portal of construction Complex.

According to him this made possible to accelerate implementation of investment projects.

“The faster we build the better. This is especially important in the context of declining profitability. City authorities understand this and come to meet us halfway, “- said CEO of Pioneer.

In the words of coordinator of Investor’s Club, Chairman of the board of directors of GUTA-Development company Artem Kuznetsov, investors have already noticed the reduction of administrative barriers in construction industry.

“Processing of town-planning documentation became simple and clear”, – added president of the group of companies Morton Alexander Ruchiev.

As previously stated Deputy Mayor for urban policy and construction Marat Khusnullin, the timing of the state expertise of design documentation has already reduced.

“Moreover the time limit for obtaining certificate of approval of architectural and urban planning solutions is reduced from 30 to 14 days, the time limit for obtaining orders for excavation is shortened from 14 to 7 days, the deadline for obtaining a conclusion of compliance of a constructed object to design requirements is reduced from 10 to 5 days”, – said Marat Khusnullin.

Owing to these changes and conversion to e-document flow, the time required for administrative procedures reduced in 2.5 times, added Marat Khusnullin.
