Development of electronic services is the future of the state service
Experts see the future of public services in the development of electronic services. This idea was expressed in the commentary to Lenta.ru portal by the director of the Institute of Current Economy, political scientist Nikita Isayev.
He noted that many state bodies are working to simplify the procedures for interaction and to move to convenient technologies for providing services. However, the results of some administrative reforms are not always a matter for the layman. It is possible to evaluate them today on the example of Rosreestr’s work, since almost every person produces real estate registration at least once in his life.
“If 15 years ago you had to be on duty at the Regalata from 6 am or pay a bribe to file documents without queue, then everyone knew about it. Today it is enough to go to the MFC. There are practically no queues. The right of ownership is registered for a week, and not for a month, as before, “- said Nikita Isaev. The expert stressed that being a confident user of the Internet, all operations can be performed without leaving home.
“Today, when the state embarked on digitalization, it is in the development of electronic services – the future of public services,” the political scientist concluded.
