Digital platform for business will be launched till the end of the year
A unified digital platform through which entrepreneurs will be able to send appeals about the facts of obstacles to business, will work in test mode until the end of this year. This was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin during the annual address with the message to the Federal Assembly.
“I propose to create a special digital platform for business associations and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (they, in fact, themselves came up with this initiative), with the help of which entrepreneurs can not only make public information about pressure on business, but, most importantly, achieve substantive consideration” – said Vladimir Putin.
The head of state instructed to develop regulations for working with entrepreneurs and to create the necessary regulatory framework for launching the project before the end of 2019.
“I will instruct the government, together with the business community, to work out technological solutions and a regulatory framework that will allow this mechanism to be launched, and law enforcement agencies – the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Investigation Committee – to prepare regulations for dealing with appeals from entrepreneurs, including a clear time frame for their consideration. And by the end of the year, such a platform should begin to operate at least in a pilot mode, ”said Vladimir Putin.
