Digital platform in the field of construction will appear in 2-3 years
It will take two to three years to create a digital platform for interaction between participants in the investment and construction process, said Sergey Levkin, head of the Moscow City Planning Policy Department.
“In recent years, a lot of work has been done in Moscow to reduce administrative barriers. However, it is impossible to infinitely reduce the timing of public services without risks of maintaining the safety and quality of construction. That is why work is already underway to create a single digital platform in the field of construction”, – said Sergey Levkin at a press briefing” Key reforms in the construction sector: what developers need”.
According to him, this system will not be focused on the interaction of developers with authorities, on the needs of construction participants.
“Such a transition to the” client path “will make it possible to establish a notifying and unannounced nature of issuing permits, as well as receiving a number of public services under a single application”, – the head of the department explained.
Sergey Levkin noted that the achievements on this platform were sent to the Government of the Russian Federation.
“It is almost impossible to launch this platform only in Moscow, coordination with federal authorities and resource-supplying organizations is necessary. It will take two to three years to create a basic model of this platform”, – he added.
