All state services provided in the field of property and land relations will be available online in 2021, said Vladimir Efimov, deputy mayor for economic policy and property and land relations.
“Another 12 so far can be obtained only on paper, but already in 2021 all services will be available online. Thanks to the ability to submit applications online, the process of obtaining public services has become easier and faster”, – said Vladimir Efimov.
The deputy mayor noted that the work on digitalization of public services in this area began in 2010, and today 23 out of 35 public services are in electronic form.
“In the first half of 2020, about 50 thousand people applied for state services in the property and land sector, and most of them sent applications online”, – said Vladimir Efimov.
The head of the Department of Economic Policy and Development, Kirill Purtov, said that the capital is actively developing digital services and successfully competes with many global megacities in terms of digitalization.
“In the UN e-government rating, Moscow is one of the ten cities with the most developed ecosystem of electronic public services”, – Purtov said.
