Moscow and St. Petersburg have completed the digitization of construction services. This was stated by the Secretary of State, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Natalya Antipina at the RBC forum.

“Reducing administrative barriers is hard work that requires a lot of time, reloads, explanations. The first reform in this direction – the full digitization of procedures in the field of construction – was carried out in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Two cities, in fact, completed this work. Today, both Moscow and St. Petersburg have closed services to a number, ”said Natalya Antipina.

The deputy minister also noted that the speed of obtaining a building permit in St. Petersburg is about seven working days.

“There is a lot of work to be done in digitizing the activities of federal executive bodies. If regional bodies are already involved in this process, we cannot say the same with respect to the federal executive. Often it is necessary to carry the paper in person or by mail, ”Antipina added.
