Dmitry Kozak: optimization of technical connection procedure improves invest-climate
The Russian government has reached the final stage of work to unify the rules for accession to all types of engineering and technical support networks. Dmitry Kozak told about it during the meeting with vice premiers.
Optimization of technical connection procedures should affect the improvement of the investment climate in the sphere of capital construction. “Today we are creating a unified system. As a result, for example, it was possible, for example, to reduce the procedures for connecting to gas supply networks by 31 days, to exclude significant surplus actions of both investors and the resource-supplying organizations themselves in water supply and sanitation”, said Dmitry Kozak.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has already signed a resolution that obliges operating organizations to approve and place in open access regulations for connecting capital construction projects to engineering networks.
This document will help to create a more transparent and understandable system of interaction of developers with resource-supply companies. Thanks to the online connection regulations, it will be easy to find out which package of documents should be collected for connection, how long it will take to agree, and also to obtain the necessary contacts of responsible persons, explained Dmitry Kozak.
“Thus, upon completion of this work, we will receive a significant improvement in the investment climate in the construction sector. Joining the networks is one of the key elements of this climate”
