E-services in construction trends among transferred state services
According to the survey conducted by the Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VCIOM), services related to urban planning and construction trend among state services which started to be provided online.
The respondents, including representatives of construction companies of Moscow, support the city government reforms. Thus, transfer of basic state services in the field of construction to electronic format – starting with GPZU (development plan of a land plot) and ending with commissioning of a facility (occupancy permit), the beginning of transfer to e-format services of grid companies, and the revocation of a large number of procedures have received approval of almost 80% of builders.
According to experts, the most positive effect was made by transfer of services provided by grid companies. More than 11% of respondents estimated it as “definitely positive”, more than 36% rated it as “rather positive”.
In the survey conducted by VCIOM was also noted that the construction sector specialists often have a positive attitude to the transfer of services provided by grid companies to electronic format. This suggests that the reforms in construction sector carried out by the government appeals to the industry.
