Еhe annual plan for housing commissioning has actually been completed in Moscow
Moscow has actually completed a plan for the commissioning of housing for 2020. Since the beginning of the year, more than 6 million square meters of various real estate have been commissioned in the capital, including about 3 million square meters of housing, said Andrei Bochkarev, deputy mayor of Moscow for urban planning and construction.
The volume of real estate commissioning in the Russian capital remains high despite the temporary difficulties associated with the spread of coronavirus. Since the beginning of the year, more than 6 million square meters of various facilities have already been commissioned in the city, including about 3 million “squares” of housing. At the same time, high investor activity is noted – about 90% of the built facilities are accounted for by developers”, – said Andrei Bochkarev.
According to the head of the Construction Complex, among the introduced facilities are housing, traffic interchanges, metro stations, as well as various social facilities.
“At the same time, since the beginning of the year, new warehouses, offices, administrative and industrial buildings have appeared in Moscow, that is, facilities that allow creating new jobs”, – the deputy mayor emphasized.
Andrei Bochkarev recalled that at the end of the year in Moscow it is planned to commission about 8.5 million square meters of real estate, including about 3.5 million square meters of housing.
