To the end of the year, the number of procedures in connection to networks will be reduced
The Moscow authorities plan to adopt three decrees by the end of the year, which will reduce the number of redundant procedures when connecting capital construction projects to utilities, told Sergei Levkin.
“By the end of the year, we will adopt three decrees that will reduce the number of redundant procedures when connecting to utility networks. Let me remind you that since the beginning of the year two decrees have already been adopted that have reduced the number of procedures for connecting to electricity supply networks for three procedures and for six when connecting to water supply”, said Sergey Levkin.
According to him, today in order to build an object developers are going through about 60-70 procedures, most of which are connected with technological connection to engineering networks. These services are provided by non-governmental public organizations whose activities are not transparent and not regulated. Therefore, the authorities of the capital intend to translate the services of resource-providing organizations into an electronic form and unify them. In the future, it is planned to provide an opportunity to obtain technical connection conditions, conclude technological connection agreements and obtain acts on the implementation of technical connection to all types of engineering networks electronically using the mayor’s portal.
