Enhanced procedures in construction approved in Russia

The Russian government has approved six exhaustive lists of procedures in construction, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services reports.

“Decisions are aimed at reducing administrative barriers in construction, as well as improving the efficiency of the regions,” said Mikhail Men.

The approved lists refer to water supply and sanitation facilities, electric grid facilities, capital construction of non-residential purposes, and heat supply networks. In particular, from September 30, 2017, an exhaustive list of procedures for the construction of non-residential construction projects (including 130 procedures) comes actual. From October 25, 2017, an exhaustive list of procedures in the construction of heat supply networks (including 104 procedures) comes actual. Earlier, an exhaustive list of procedures for the construction of linear water supply and sanitation facilities (including 111 procedures) and an exhaustive list of procedures in the construction of water supply and sanitation facilities, with the exception of line facilities (includes 175 procedures), have already been actual. According to the Ministry of Construction, an exhaustive list of procedures in the construction of electric grid facilities with a voltage level below 35 kV (includes 84 procedures) also came actual.
