Fees for change of permitted use of land during construction of technoparks can be abolished
Moscow Investors Association is preparing a proposal on abolition of fees for change of permitted use of land in the construction of technoparks, said the director of Association of Moscow Investors Ekaterina Krylova.
“We believe that if in the course of development of an industrial zone a rightsholder decides to build a new plant or remodel an old one, he does not need to pay for a change of permitted use or for lifting a ban on construction works. That is why we are preparing a proposal to abolish these payments,” said Ekaterina Krylova.
Association took the lead in creating a task force on the basis of MUEGC (Moscow United Power Grid Company) for prompt decisions in interaction of developers and the grid company.
“We are looking forward to get across not only to grid companies, but to resource supply organizations,” added Ekaterina Krylova.
