Five basic services in construction will be transferred online

Five key public services are planned to be transferred to electronic format as part of the implementation of the plan for the digitalization of the construction industry, said Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, summing up the work for six months.

“A unified concept of all information systems in the construction industry has been developed. The scaling of the automated information system “Glavgosexpertiza” throughout the country began. Work is underway to translate 5 main public services into electronic form”, – the published materials say.

In addition, the regulatory framework for the implementation of BIM technologies is already being developed and measures are being implemented to reduce the investment and construction cycle by a year.

The Deputy Prime Minister recalled that over the past time in the construction industry, the number of mandatory norms and rules in construction has decreased by 30%, a resolution has been issued that allows you to choose a supplier, designer and contractor in one contract, optimized Federal law 44, adopted 9 federal laws that include more than 50 amendments.
